The “Save more when you shop more” (“Promotion”) Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons LLC (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion runs from 1 July 2021 to 4 September 2021 (“Promotional Period”).
3. The promotion consists of three elements: the Promotion Discount, the Promotion Draw and the Promotion Prize.

The Promotion Discount

4. On any purchase of a watch or an accessory at any of the Participating Stores set out in Table (A) below during the Promotional Period, customer gets the following discount on such purchase (“Discount”):

• Buy one watch/accessory, get 25% off.
• Buy two watches/accessories, get 30% off.
• Buy three watches/accessories, get 35% off.

The Promotion Draw

5. For every single purchase of AED 1,200 or more after application of the Discount (“Qualifying Purchase”) in any of the Participating Stores during the Promotional Period, customer is automatically given an entry into a draw (the “Promotion Draw”) for a chance to win a Promotion Prize. Multiple entries to the Promotion Draw will be given to a customer when the Qualifying Purchase amount is on multiples of AED 1,200.
6. The Promotion Draw will be conducted in Dubai weekly during the Promotional Period and two random customers will be selected on each occasion (the “Winner(s)”).
7. Winner(s) will be contacted at their registered phones or emails within 60 days from conclusion of the relevant Promotion Draw. If any Winner is not able, for any reason to be contacted & collect the prize within this timeframe, the Promotion Prize will be forfeited, the forfeited Prize will be dealt with in accordance with the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates
8. Winner(s) must present the original invoice for the Qualifying Purchase (the “Promotion Invoice”) and their original Emirates ID or Passports to receive the Promotion Prize. The Promoter retains the right to withhold the Promotion Prize if the Promotion Invoice is lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, destroyed, has been tampered with or determined to be in any way unacceptable.

The Promotion Prize

9. Winner(s) will receive a Promotion Prize consisting of a voucher worth AED 5,000 (the “Voucher”) to be redeemed as referred below (the “Promotion Prize”)
10. The Voucher is valid for a non-extendable period of 60 calendar days from the date of collection.
11. The Voucher can be redeemed at once as a method of payment against one or more items (“Selected Item(s)”) in the Participating Stores set out in Table (A). If the value of the Selected Item(s) is less than AED 5,000, the Voucher will be considered redeemed in full. If the value of the Selected Item(s) is higher than AED 5,000 customer must pay the difference in price upon redemption.
12. The Voucher cannot be redeemed as a method of payment for after sales services nor as an advanced payment or as a booking deposit in part or full.
13. The Voucher has no cash value and therefore is non-refundable if not used and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full under any circumstances.
14. The Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other special promotion or discount. No discount of any kind will apply on the Selected Items.
15. Only original Vouchers will be accepted. The Promoter retains the right to reject any Voucher that has been tampered with or determined to be in any way unacceptable.
16. The Promoter is not responsible if a Voucher is lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
17. The Voucher is personal and non-transferable. If the Winner wants someone else to redeem it on his/her behalf, the Winner shall send an email to info@1915.com with the request and details of the person who will be redeeming the Voucher at any of the Participating Stores. Such request will be subject to Promoter’s approval which approval can be withheld at the Promoter’s sole discretion. If such approval is granted, the person acting on behalf of the Winner shall present the original Voucher at the time of redemption.
18. The Promoter’s terms and conditions for exchange and refund will apply on the Selected Item(s).

General Conditions:

19. To participate in this Promotion, customer needs to be of full capacity and 21 years of age or more, otherwise between 18 and 21 years of age, parental or guardian permission may be required.
20. By participating in this Promotion, the customer consents Promoter to use his/her personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the Promotion including publishing the names of the Winner(s) without prior notice.

If the value of the Selected Item(s) is less than AED 5,000, the Voucher will be considered redeemed in full.
